Enabling Third-Party Cookies on Web Browsers

Browser must be configured to accept third-party cookies to avoid issues with accessing Pronto.

Please follow the browser-specific instructions below to enable third-party cookies.

On a PC

Google Chrome Browser

To enable cookies in Google Chrome browser (PC):

  • Step 1. Click the Site Information option.

  • Step 2. Click the Cookies option.

  • Step 3. Switch to the Blocked tab. (this will display all sites that are being blocked.)

  • Step 4. Select the site or sites in question, and click the Allow option. (this will add the sites to the Allowed tab where it will be enabled.)

Blocked tab.

  • Step 5. Click the Done option. (to complete the process and return to the browser.)

  • Step 6. If necessary, you might need to and reload the page before the cookies can be enabled.

Reload the page.

Microsoft Edge

To enable cookies in Microsoft Edge (PC):

  • Step 1. Click the Site Information option.

  • Step 2. Click the Cookies option.

  • Step 3. Switch to the Blocked tab. (this will display all sites that are being blocked.)

  • Step 4. Select the site or sites in question, and click the Allow option. (this will add the sites to the Allowed tab where it will be enabled.)

  • Step 5. Click the Done option. (to complete the process and return to the browser.)

  • Step 6. If necessary, you might need to and refresh the page before the cookies can be enabled.

Refresh the page.

Mozilla Firefox

To enable cookies in Mozilla Firefox (PC):

  • Step 1. Click the Site Information option.

  • Step 2. Click Show Connection Details option.

  • Step 3. Click the More Information option.

  • Step 4. Switch to the Permissions tab, and scroll down to the Set Cookies options.

  • Step 5. Set the Set Cookies option to Allow.

  • Step 6. Close the Page Info panel.

  • Step 7. If necessary, you may need to refresh the page.

On a Mac

Safari

To enable cookies in Safari (Mac):

  • Step 1. Go to the Safari drop-down menu.

  • Step 2. Select Preferences.

  • Step 3. Click Privacy in the top panel.

  • Step 4. Under Block cookies select the option Never.

To enable cookies in Safari (iPhone/iPad):

  • Step 1. Open the Settings app.

  • Step 2. Scroll down and select Safari.

  • Step 3. If necessary, Under Privacy & Security, make sure the Block Cookies option is not turned on.

Block all Cookies option.
