Signing in to Pronto

How do I sign in to Pronto from either the Web App or a Mobile Device using either an email address or phone number?

You can sign in to Pronto using either your email address or phone number and only one is needed. Please speak to your administrator to see which option you will be using.

Pronto doesn’t use a password to sign in. Instead, it will ask for a verification code that will be sent to either your email or mobile device accordingly.

If you want to skip the verification process on a web app that you trust, you can select the “keep my signed in” option and Pronto will continue to keep you signed in until you manually use the sign-out option.

SIGN IN TO PRONTO USING THE WEB APP


  • Step 1. From the browser window navigate to https://accounts.pronto.io.

  • Step 2. From the Sign-in screen, click either the Email or Phone option depending on which is associated with your account.

Using an email address:


  • Step 3. Enter your email address.

  • Step 4. Click the Send Code option to have a verification code sent to your email address. (If you do not receive your verification code in your email, please check your spam and or junk folder, in case your email filter misinterprets the message.)

  • Continue on step 6.

Using a Phone Number:


  • Step 3. If necessary, select your County Code from the drop-down list.

  • Step 4. Enter your phone number.

  • Step 5. Click the Send Code option to have a verification code sent to your mobile device.

  • Step 6. Enter the verification code.

  • Step 7. Optional, click the Keep me signed in option. (Make sure you trust the web app as it will no longer ask you to verify who you are and will always sign in to Pronto until you manually sign out.)

  • Step 8. Click the Log In option to enter Pronto.

SIGN IN TO PRONTO USING A MOBILE DEVICE


Using an email address:


  • Step 3. Enter your email address.

  • Step 4. Tap the Next option to have a verification code sent to your email address. (If you do not receive your verification code in your email, please check your spam and or junk folder, in case your email filter misinterprets the message.)

  • Continue on Step 6.

Mobile device email verification.

Using a phone number:


  • Step 3. If necessary, select your County Code from the drop-down list.

  • Step 4. Enter your phone number.

  • Step 5. Tap the Next option to have a verification code sent to your mobile device.

  • Step 6. Enter the verification code and you will immediately enter Pronto.
    (On a mobile device you will remain signed in until you manually sign out.)
