Pronto provides a fast and easy way to send out any file type from your device to anyone else's device without needing to email. Pronto syncs with most major cloud hosting services, including Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud, and many more.
Step 1. Tap on the file attachment icon at the base of the screen.
Step 2. Automatically you will be presented with your device's default file sharing service with some options for where to look for a file. If you want to search a different sharing service, tap "Locations" at the top left.
Step 3. Once you've found the file you are looking for, tap on it and send it into the group chat.
How to add another file sharing service to your list of options
After tapping on "Locations" on the previous screen, you will see the file sharing services currently linked to Pronto.
Step 1. To add a new service, tap on edit at the top right of the screen.
Step 2. Any app that you have downloaded on your phone that includes file sharing will present itself. Toggle the switch to the right of a service on if you want to use it in Pronto.
Step 3. Once you have enabled the service, click on it to look for files that are stored there.
How do I find previously sent files?
Each group in Pronto records every file, picture, and video that has ever been shared in it, in chronological order.
Step 1. Tap on the settings icon at the top right of a group.
Step 2. Scrolling to the bottom of the settings screen, you will see all of the photos and videos that have been shared in the group, as well as the files, in chronological order. You can toggle between the two by tapping on which one you want.
Step 3. Tap on the file you want to open.
