If notifications aren’t showing up on your mobile device, even though you have turned them on inside of Pronto, it might be disabled from your device settings.

Notifications on IOS

  • Step 1. Tap on the Settings app.
  • Step 2. Tap on the Notifications option.

Notifications.

  • Step 3. Tap on the Pronto app option.

Allow Notifications.

  • Step 4. Make sure the Allow Notifications option is on.
  • Step 5. If necessary, set the alerts, sounds, badges, etc. as needed.

Notifications on Android

  • Step 1. Tap on the Settings app.
  • Step 2. Tap Apps & notifications, and then Notifications.
  • Step 3. If necessary, tap See all, to display more apps.
  • Step 4. Tap the Pronto app.
  • Step 5. Tap Advanced.
  • Step 6. Make sure you turn on all notifications for a listed app.
