Pronto is known for its ease of use and can be accessed via a web browser by going to account.pronto.io. Many people prefer the experience of a stand-alone application on their phone or computer.
The most simple place to find all of the downloadable Pronto applications is pronto.io/download where the site will read the device you are using and present you with the right downloadable packet.
If you would like to search the mobile application stores, it can be searched by looking for our company name, Hit Labs Inc. or you can search the full application name, Pronto: Team Communication.

DOWNLOAD & SIGN IN TO THE PRONTO DESKTOP APP
Step 1. From the browser window navigate to https://pronto.io/download
Step 2. The site will detect what type of device you are using and present the button to download the application specific to your device. Click on that button to accept the file.
Step 3. Search your device downloads for the "Install Pronto" file and click to begin the process.

Step 4. From the Sign-in screen, tap either the Email or Phone option pending which is associated with your account.

Step 5. Enter your email address or phone associated with your Pronto user.
Step 6. Tap the Send Verification Code option to have a verification code sent to your email address. (If you do not receive your verification code in your email, please check your spam and/or junk folder, in case your email filter misinterprets the message.)

Step 7. Enter the 6-digit code that you received via email or text message, and click "Sign in". With the desktop application, you will remain signed in, until you log out manually.

DOWNLOAD AND SIGN IN TO PRONTO USING A MOBILE DEVICE
Downloading the Pronto mobile applications can also be done from pronto.io/download as mentioned above, it can be found in the App or Google Play stores under Pronto: Team Communication, or as simply as scanning the QR Codes below.
To login on a mobile device:
Step 1. Download the mobile app from the site, or scan this QR code.

Step 2. From the Sign-in screen, tap either the Email or Phone option depending on which is associated with your account.

Step 3. Enter your email address or phone associated with your Pronto user.
Step 4. Tap the Next option to have a verification code sent to your email address. (If you do not receive your verification code in your email, please check your spam and or junk folder, in case your email filter misinterprets the message.)
Step 5. If you are using a phone number to log in, you may need to specify the country code.
