If you are broadcasting a meeting, on the web app, you have the ability to share your screen with everyone in the meeting. The Share Screen option is found on the top toolbar and will display the Share Your Screen window.

Share Screen option.

You will be presented with three options for sharing your screen:

Your Entire Screen

The Your Entire Screen option will allow you to choose which screen you wish to present. If you have multiple monitors with multiple screens you will be able to choose one. When the entire screen is displayed then everything on it will be constantly broadcast to everyone in the meeting. This means if anything is opened on it, or if a window is moved into this screen, or anything happens at all on this screen it will always be displayed.

At the bottom of the screen will be a Stop sharing option which will disconnect the screen and stop sharing it in the meeting.

Application Window

The Application Window option will allow you to choose any open application, such as Word, PowerPoint, a spreadsheet, a PDF, etc. Only the application selected will be displayed to everyone in the group. Switching to another application window or anything else outside or around the targeted window will be hidden from any viewer. Anything done inside the selected application, including opening another file, etc, will still be displayed to everyone.

At the bottom of the application window will be a Stop sharing option which will disconnect the application and stop sharing it in the meeting.

Chrome Tab

The Chrome Tab option will allow you to choose any open browser tab. Only the targeted browser tab will be displayed to everyone in the group. Any other open tabs, switching to another tab, or anything else around will be hidden from any viewer.

At the bottom of the browser window will be a Stop sharing option which will disconnect the browser tab and stop sharing it in the meeting.
