Logging into Pronto

Pronto can be configured to log in using either your email address or phone number. Only one is needed. Please speak to your administrator to see which option you will be using.

Pronto doesn’t use a password to log in. Instead, it will ask for a verification code that will be sent to either your email or mobile device accordingly.

If you want to skip the verification process on a web app that you trust, you can select the “keep my signed in” option and Pronto will continue to keep you logged in until you manually use the logout option. On a mobile device, once you have gone thru the verification process, you will always be logged in until you manually use the logout option as well.

Logging into Pronto using an Email (Web App)

  • Step 1. Click the Email option.
  • Step 2. Enter your email address.
  • Step 3. Click the Send Code option to have a verification code sent to your email address. (If you do not receive your verification code in your email, please check your spam and or junk folder, in case your email filter misinterprets the message.)

  • Step 4. Enter the verification code.
  • Step 5. Optional, click the Keep me signed in option. (Make sure you trust the web app as it will no longer ask you to verify who you are and will always log into Pronto until you manually log out.)
  • Step 6. Click the Log In option to enter Pronto.

Logging into Pronto using an Email (Mobile Device)

  • Step 1. Tap the Email option.
  • Step 2. Enter your email address.
  • Step 3. Tap the Next option to have a verification code sent to your email address. (If you do not receive your verification code in your email, please check your spam and or junk folder, in case your email filter misinterprets the message.)

  • Step 4. Enter the verification code and you will immediately enter Pronto.
    (On a mobile device you will remain logged in until you manually log out.)

Logging into Pronto using a Phone Number (Web App)

  • Step 1. Click the Phone option.
  • Step 2. If necessary, select your County Code from the drop-down list.
  • Step 3. Enter your phone number.
  • Step 4. Click the Send Code option to have a verification code sent to your mobile device.

Phone Verification.

  • Step 5. Enter the verification code.
  • Step 6. Optional, click the Keep me signed in option. (Make sure you trust the web app as it will no longer ask you to verify who you are and will always log into Pronto until you manually log out.)
  • Step 7. Click the Log In option to enter Pronto.

  • Step 1. Tap the Phone option.
  • Step 2. If necessary, select your County Code from the drop-down list.
  • Step 3. Enter your phone number.
  • Step 4. Tap the Next option to have a verification code sent to your mobile device.

Phone Verification.

  • Step 5. Enter the verification code and you will immediately enter Pronto.
    (On a mobile device you will remain logged in until you manually log out.)
